This armband declares its' wearer to be a Shanghai Revolutionary Committee of Colleges and Universities member. Seal # 0010050 ??? ?????? ??? ????? Mao mobilized students at the onset of the Cultural Revolution in 1966-68 to drive his doctrine throughout China quickly. Some soiling but nice condition. Very Good.
