This armband declares its' wearer to be Hebei Province[?] Red Guards, Red Spearhead General Headquarters. ??? [?]??? ???? ???? Mao mobilized students at the onset of the Cultural Revolution in 1966-68 to drive his doctrine throughout China quickly. A little soiling, faint earlier printing on the reverse, pin/badge holes, rust stains but still very nice. Very Good.
