The flyer is addressed to the U.S. Postal Inspector in Wilmington, N.C. and Fay 28302 written in ink underneath the label .This poster has slight wrinkles. It also has a staple hole in the top, left corner. Posters are original and were actually posted at post offices, sheriff's offices, police departments. Good.
