Maitland's copy.) This wonderful regimental history of the NSW Scottish Rifles by Martin J. Buckley has a certificate of authenticity signed by Harold E. MacDonald, president, Red Hackle Association, loosely inserted, which states that this copy belongs to Maitland. This book was launched by The Right Honourable The Earl of Lauderdale, Traditional Bearer of St. Andrews Cross and Chief of Clan Maitland, at a parade held at Hyde Park Barracks, Sydney, on 23rd November 1986 (the original barracks of the Scottish Rifles, 100 years ago).
