Softcover, bound in color pictorial wraps with Howard Brown's illustration for the article "Electric Ice Skates" on the front cover. The covers are creased and soiled. Once bound in with other issues, the periodical has been removed with stab marks evident and large portions of the spine having perished and thus lacking. [96] pages in all, consisting of pages 793 through 888, profusely illustrated throughout. Good. In addition to the cover story "Electric Ice Skates and How to Make Them", this issue includes the science fiction short story titled "The Vibrator of Death" by Harold F. Richards, PhD. Illustrated by Frank R. Paul, the story recounts the murder of a popular French politician, Marie Denbaule, on a sabotaged amusement park ride. The author goes into details as to how the ride was fixed to speed up and shake the politician to death. The story is illustrated by Frank R. Paul who had a strong background as a technical illustrator and also contributed cover illustrations for the "Amazing Stories" pulp periodical. Good .
