Born on Septerber 10th, 1847, the American lawyer and politician Franklin Bartlett (1847-1909) served as a U.S. Representative from New York from 1893 to 1897. A member of the Sons of the Revolution and the Society of Colonial Wars he served as a colonel of volunteers during the Spanish-American War. Fine .
