Softcover four page pamphlet bound into contemporary period stiff plain gray wrappers. The covers are rubbed, chipped & creased with evidence of early worming to the top right corner of the front cover and front edges of the covers. 4 pages. Previous early owners' names, including one dated June 1st, 1819, are penned on the front pastedown and along the top of the first page, with an annotation penned on the rear pastedown. The darkened pages are creased, the page corners rounded and there is a hole, likely from ferrous oxidation from the ink, to the top left of the first page. Fair.
