Description: (New York): Published by C.A. Ellis, Manager, (1905). (1905). - Octavo, 8-3/4 inches high by 5-3/4 inches wide. Softcover, bound in stapled peach wraps, titled and illustrated in black on the front cover. The covers are soiled and there are slits to the head & tail of the spine causing the front cover to be nearly detached. 48 pages, illustrated with pictorial ads. Good.

Includes the program for the Carnegie Hall, New York February 16, 1905 performance by Marie Nichols of the Bruch "Serenade for Violin and Orchestra". Marie Nichols studied in Boston under Emil Mollenhauer at the age of 8 and subsequently under Halir in Berlin and DeBroux in Paris.

Also included is the program for the Carnegie Hall February 18, Fourth Matinee, with performances of works by Cornelius, Weber and Rimsky-Korsakoff. The soloist, Scottish-born pianist and composer Eugen d'Albert, performed the New York Premiere of his Piano Concerto #2. Good .
