The Publisher's Copy "PC" of the Deluxe First Edition, limited to 500 copies, signed by 32 of the contributors, including Dan Simmons, Dean Koontz, Gary Raiser, Nancy Holder, etc.

An inscription penned in an unidentified hand across the bottom of the frontispiece reads: "For Holly Van Wye / I hate your boyfriend for beating me out of my book, but I hear you're swell, so.. Enjoy!"
