Channing Pollock [1880-1946] was an American playwright, critic and writer of film scenarios. He began his career in 1896 as drama critic at The Washington Post and later worked at the Washington Times. He was the author of "The House Beautiful", "The Fool", "The Enemy" and many other successful Broadway productions. He also wrote film scenarios, including "The Evil Thereof" [1916], and a memoir "The Footlights, Fore and Aft" [1911]. Very good .
