The bottom corner of the rear cover is bumped & the edges of the cover are darkened. The spine is darkened with the leather dried out & cracking & the gilt lettering is partially rubbed away. xii & 274 pages and iv & 241 pages plus index. The front hinge is just starting. The pastedown, endpapers & rear blanks are foxed with occasional light foxing to the rest of the volume. There are small scraps of paper adhering to the pastedowns.There is a small black stain to the front endpaper & fore-edge with tiny stains to the front edges of a few pages. Good working copy.
