Among the contents of this issue are "Margo Davis: Antingua Black", a portfolio of the photographer's West Indian portraits and photos of grass-roofed dwelling places [her name misspelled "Davies" on the cover]; "The Class Portrait", a review of a book about the portraits of August Sander; "The House of Neighbor Lily", photos by Swiss photographer Alex Kayser; and "Adam Clark Vroman (1856-1916)".Vroman was a successful businessman and collector, with a highly developed appreciation for the artifacts of vanished cultures. The photographs he produced were largely of Southwest Indians. Very good .
