Softcover, bound in light grayish wrappers with the title viewed through a cut-out window on the front cover. 86 unnumbered pages each printed on one side only of fine semi-transparent paper. A black border decorates the front edge of each leaf. There are a few corner creases. Near fine.

This catalogue by Joseph Kosuth of an exhibition spanning "three centuries of still lifes" includes a foreword by Cornelia Lauf and acknowledgements by Eva Buchmuller of the Squat Theatre. Essays include "Manet and Modernist Life" by Raquel Da Rosa, "Still Lifes as Landscapes and Portraits" by Clegg & Guttmann, "Remarks of a Still Life Connoisseur" an interview with Paul Magriel, "Poser un Lapin: Trois Moments de Nature Morte" by John C. Welchman, and quotes from Braco Dimitrievic, Daniel Farnshaw, and Carlo Garra.
