Title: Snow White Kimono": An Autograph Musical Manuscript for Violin Penned & Signed by the Polish-American Composer Tadeusz Jarecki.
Description: Circa [1930]. [1930]. - Fifteen bars of musical notation penned in ink by the Polish-American composer and conductor Tadeusz Jarecki on a 6-5/8 inch high by 10-1/4 inch wide sheet of ruled music paper. Signed "Jarecki" at top right, the composition is titled "Snow White Kimono" at the top center with "Violin" penciled at the top left above the notation "Moderato". A note has been crossed out and corrected in pencil at bottom followed by a brief annotation. The sheet is soiled with creases along the edges and corners and a short tear to the right edge which touches on the last note of the second line. Good.

The Polish-American composer and conductor Tadeusz Jarecki was the son of the composer Henryk Jarecki. He studied with Taneyev in Moscow and Jacques-Dalcrose in Hellerau. In 1917 he won first prize at the Berkshire Festival for his String Quartet, Op. 16. Leaving Poland permanently in 1936, he settled in New York in 1946. As a composer he was influenced by Wagner and Strauss. Good .
