The dust jacket is darkened, rubbed & chipped with a tear to the bottom of the front fold. ix, [1] leaf & 163 pages plus 4-page publisher's catalog. Illustrated with black-and-white plates, including a frontispiece. There is light soiling to page ix & the bottom half-inch of the frontispiece is detached. Very good.

Later printing, in an uncommon advertising dust jacket printed with lists of new Macmillan novels, but without the title or author of this book. The books advertised fill the surfaces of both the front and rear panels and are titles that were first published in 1909. Very good .
