[1978]. - An 11 inch high by 8-1/4 inch wide sheet with a photocopy of the program page and photocopied portraits of Ira Hawkins and Eartha Kitt as well as stills from the musical reproduced from magazine clippings mounted as a collage on the page. Signed by Ira Hawkins and with a signed inscription by Gilbert Price down the sides of the program. The sheet is creased and slightly chipped along the left edge. Very good.

A protege of Langston Hughes, Gilbert Price (1942-1991) was an Aftrican-American Operatic baritone and actor. He was nominated for the Tony Award as best actor for his role in Timbuktu!

The sheet was signed for a collector who had put together an album of collages which he took around to concerts and performances. Very good .
