The binding is lightly bumped & rubbed with some small dents to the front cover. There is dampstaining to the front edge of the front cover with chipping to the cloth at the top & bottom corners. A small section of the front edge of the rear cover is also dampstained. The head & tail of the spine are chipped. [ii], [5] leaves & 558 pages, mostly unopened. The page edges are darkened. There is light foxing to the front endpaper, flyleaf & rear blank. 1 page of the preliminaries is chipped with a tear & small pieces out. The bottom corner of page 97 is miscut & creased. Good.
