The binding is rubbed; the covers are bumped with areas of light staining to the covers & a white mark to the rear cover. There is light foxing & staining to the endpapers & prelims with 2 owners' ink names on the front pastedown, a small blank label on the rear pastedown & an ink notation on the title; a number of leaves have been roughly opened with short tears to or pieces out of the front edges; there are few ink notations & markings in the text. Despite its flaws, a good tight copy.
