The binding is bumped & chipped with numerous pieces out of the backstrip & out of the edges of the wraps. The wraps are darkened around the edges & partially detached & there is a very small area of white staining to the rear wrap. 32 pages. The page corners are lightly bumped. There is a light vertical crease to the wraps & pages where the pamphlet has been folded. The contents are in very good condition. Good.

Inscribed in ink by the author and signed in full on the top corner of the front wrap.

Much of the address is concerned with the desirability of allowing prayers and the teaching of the Bible in schools. Good .
