A sheet of stock 11 inches high by 16 inches wide is folded to form 4 pages printed in newspaper format in 3 columns. Illustrated with vignette portraits of the Founding Fathers. The leaflet is bumped & has been folded numerous times with some darkening along the creases. There is a small stain to the first leaf & a short tear & crease to its front edge. Good.

Vegetine, "a valuable Indian compound..extracted from barks, roots, and herbs", was developed in 1851 by a Dr. Cummings, who lived in the Boston area. At that time Henry R. Stevens was in the shipping business in Boston but by 1871 he had become the sole proprietor of Vegetine. This leaflet is devoted to the many uses of Vegetine with testimonials and lists of druggists who sell it and recommend it. Good .
