Color pictorial title & 2 pages of text. The 4th side is very lightly soiled with a light clip mark to the top edge of the 3rd & 4th sides. Near fine.

The text of this advertising leaflet consists of brief biographies of Wendell Jones and his wife Jane Jones, with information about the work being exibited, The artists settled in Woodstock in 1931 and spent their first eight years there at the Maverick, the colony started by Hervey White for artists, musicians and writers. From 1936 to 1943, Wendell Jones spent most of his time as a painter of murals, executing commissions for the Post Offices in Granville, Ohio, Rome, N.Y. Johnson City, Tenn. and Cairo, Ill. The title illustration is a color reproduction of his mixed media work "Portola's Men See the Bay". Very good .
