The edges of the wraps are darkened & there is a tiny chip to the bottom edge of the front wrap & another to the front edge of the rear wrap. The spine is rubbed. Title & pages [50]-63 plus a publisher's ad illustrated in black & white. 10 pages of black-and-white photographic illustrations by F. R. Yerbury & 1 page of architectural drawings. The inside wraps are darkened around the edges with an owner's name penned on the inside front wrap. There is a chip to the front edge of the last leaf. Good.
