The binding is lightly rubbed with the edges of the boards faded & with 2 light stains to the top edge of the rear board. The dust jacket is lightly chipped with a small piece out of the front fold. The rear panel of the jacket is rubbed. [38] pages of text plus 132 black-and-white illustrations, most of them full-page. Also with 2 black-and-white maps. There is a tiny stain to the front pastedown & some page edges are slightly darkened. Very good.
