In his abecedarium, John McCrillis has created his own pantheon of great printers, from Aldus Mantius to Gunther Zainer, with a brief essay on each. His Gothic letters of the alphabet have been freely adapted from the illuminated initials in the Yale Library's copy of the Catholicon. Very good .
