There is an owner's name, address & 1904 date on the front endpaper. There is occasional light foxing, including to the tissue guards & the margins of some plates. Very good.
Sir Algernon West served in various political posts and was familiar with the leading statesmen of his day. He writes extensively about the politics and culture of the Victorian era. Very good .
