Teacher, writer, painter and art critic Raymond J. Steiner co-founded the literary journal "Art Times" with his wife Cornelia Seckel, and serves as its editor. He has lived in the Catskill region since 1945 and has judged and curated art exhibitions in Woodstock, N.Y. as well as throughout New York State. Fine .
