The spine is heavily chipped with pieces out & the wraps are detached at the head & tail. 49 pages. There is scattered light staining & the bottom page corners are lightly bumped. Good only.

Noxon addresses the New York State Senate on a dispute that has arisen between Trinity Church and the State about the church's use of its property and its conduct of its affairs and whether these may be regulated by the State. Good .
