In his introduction, which is printed in English and Italian, photography teacher Bernard Cole recalls his excitement on being shown photos Tommy Alcorn had taken on a trip to Italy at the age of fourteen. Tragically, the young man was killed in an accident in Florence just short of his eighteenth birthday. Very good .
