Title: Nets to Catch the Wind.
Description: New York: Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1921. 1921. First Issue of the First Book Published by the Author Under Her Name - Octavo, tan cloth titled in brown on the spine with title on the front cover printed within a circle at top right. The covers are bumped, slighlty stained & soiled. The head of the spine is slightly chipped & rubbed with splitting to the cloth at top of the rear joint. 47 pages, lacking the front endpaper with has been cleanly excised. A previous owner's inscription is penned on the front blank and the preliminaries are slightly foxed. A good working copy of a very scarce book.

First edition, first issue of the first book published by Elinor Wylie under her own name, printed on unwatermarked paper with the word "be" for "he" on the 11th line of the poem on page 43. This book was preceded by her book "Incidental Numbers", which was published anonymously in 1912.
