Fine. - Small quarto [ 11-3/4 inches high by 9 inches wide], softcover bound in brown wraps with a stylized image of a lyre stamped in gilt on he front wrap. The bottom corners of the wraps are very lightly bumped. The rear wrap is lightly rubbed with 2 small white stains. 38 pages. Black-and- white illustrations. Near fine.

Laid in are 2 copies of the libretto for the premiere of the "Persephone", printed in French with an English translation. Also laid in is an 8-page New York City Ballet souvenir booklet illustrated with color photographic portraits of the dancers. There are some stains to the cover page of the booklet and one copy of the libretto is lightly creased. These materials are otherwise in very good condition.
