Description: NP (Somerset, MB?), Published by the author, 1960.,This is a photostatic copy of an original printed pamphlet. A note on the title page says 'Copy at Municipal Office, March 13, 1978'. We presume that the municipal office referred to is in Somerset, MB. Although the author is shown as Mrs. David Girouard (Emma Girouard, nee Labossiere), the pamphlet appears to have been written by an unidentified third party, and recounts her early life and experiences in St. Leon and Somerset, Manitoba. The original pamphlet appears to have been twelve pages in length, and approximately 11 x 18 cms. This reproduction is of poor quality, although the text is quite legible, but the two photos have faded to the point of being a wash. The photostat is done on one side only of 8 1/2 x 11' paper and is stapled at the edge. There is some staining across the tope edge of the blank rear page. There are no copies of this pamphlet shown in WorldCat, and it is not referenced in Peel. .
