Pp.xvi/264, 12 black & white plates to end. Clean text throughout. Blue cloth, gilt title to spine, edges slightly rubbed. Grey dustwrapper with printed title and blue decorated border, with small chips and tears, now protected by a removeable clear plastic cover. VG/G+.
