[No pagination - 54pp.]. Red morocco covered boards. Front board with gilt chain-link border, central gilt portcullis and date: "Westminster Hall 7 May 1937". Spine with 5 raised bands. Clean rear board, a little faded in places, and with one small tear to the lower edge (carefully repaired at some time in the past). Binder's stamp to recto of the rear board: "Bound By R. Riviere & Son Ltd. London." Light toning to the page edges of endpapers, otherwise clean text throughout.
