Spine lighly soiled with old paper library reference number and small tear to top edge. Original dark grey endpapers. Presentation label to verso of the front board: "Presented by Lieut. Colonel Robinson and Officers of the 1/ Shropshire & Suff. Regiment, to The Captain , Officers, and Yeoman of H. M. Royal Body Guard of the Yeoman of the Guard. Dated July 15th 1896." Clean text throughut, well illustrated with 9 full-page plates (4 coloured). VG.
