Grey papered boards, rubbed and bumped. Spine in cream cloth with dulled gilt titles. Top & tail a little rubbed. Deckled (rough-cut) page edges. Library bookplate to the verso of the front board: "Priory Of Our Lady Of Good Counsel, Hayward's Heath." Ink inscription to front free-endpaper: "Gift of Mrs. Baldwin 1916." First couple of leaves and the last couple of leaves with light foxing , otherwise clean text and coloured illustrations throughout. All plates with toned tissue guards. A very good copy of this excellent reference.
