This book is the whole of Paradise Regain'd and is probably the second volume of a run of Milton's Works in the collection of an early owner. Corners are lightly rubbed, and upper spine-end is worn. Leather over upper external joints is cracked but covers are securely attached and the internal hinges are intact. Marbled end-papers with a book-plate with crest for J Forlon on inside of front cover, sound binding, slight separation between pages146 & 147. Clean pages and plates.
