Very good tightly bound hardback, red cloth has abraded at the bottom edge, no inscriptions, in a bright priceclipped dustjacket (repriced at 4/3d by the publishers) which is lightly chipped at the corners and has a nick approx 1" x 1" at the top edge of the rear panel, has been neatly internally strengthened with archival tape. Dustjacket artwork is uncredited - has a large figure of a man in a top hat in the foreground. xii + 304 pages + adverts, map endpapers. A very nice copy of the third novel by this very talented author [real name Charlie Christmas Bush (1888-1973) who also wrote crime novels as Christopher Bush] again with a Breckland setting. Very Good in Good dust jacket.
