Signed to Alice R ? from ? 24 pages with half tone photo illus bound in by publisher to front of Cowans travel guide, 275 pages with fold out map of sea routes to New Zealand, with photos and illus to most pages, 2 colour maps of North and South islands. CONDITION Red bds with bright Gilt title and decoration, has been in a fire so is charred to all edges, mostly good internally with name to front ep, with old archival repair to tears across first 4 pages of souvenir (with no loss) in specially made clam shell box covered in red cloth and lined internally with marbled paper. Fair.
