Super Science Stories was a pulp science fiction magazine that was published by Popular Publications USA, between March 1940 and May 1943. A total of 16 issues were published, the first nine under the editorial control of science-fiction author Frederik Pohl. Three of the 1941 issues appeared under the name Super Science Novels. Contents are - Space Hit-Hiker by Eando Binder, Captives of the Durna Rangue by Neil R Jones, Andryne by Arthur Macom, History (Martians) by Isaac Asimov (his 12th short story) Almost Human by Ray Cummings, Four Centuries of Planets by R S Richardson, Space-War Strategy by Malcolm Jameson. CONDITION Covers unworn apart from crease to bottom front cnr, 66 pages illus by Angus Dun and others. Nice clean copy with Eric Reseters (collector/dealer) stamp top of contents page, and his shop stamp to inside of both covers. Very Good/N/A.
