Lower cover bit browned, foot of spine slightly worn/some rubbing). Ownership slip on FEP (Jeremias Ekinger Sodalis maioris congregationis), Jesuit inscription at head of titlepage, 294pp, 2nd titlepage with Plantin caliper printer's mark +[2]pp blanks +230pp +[2]pp errata with final Plantin colophon, collated complete. Part I begins with 3pp on life of Horace, then the poems in italic fount with side notes and strophe markings. Clean, tight copy in very fine tooled binding (referenced by Adams H923).
