Five preliminary leaves with very sl.chips to top margin and two one inch tears to margin without loss of text. A few corner creases and a few tiny corner losses [less than 2mm]. There is a bookplate to the pastedown for Anthony Wesh and a marginal signature A [and R or M] Boughtm [?] and dated Oct.12 1870. The old fly leaves are dusty and browned affecting a few pages that precede or follow them and a few minor scattered foxed pages mostly affecting margins only but all pages are clean, crisp and firmly attached..
