The premission to print [Imprimatur leaf] faces the titlepage the numbering thus starting with the first page of text with 5-155pp as correct with the unnumbered leaves preceding the text. This report was also issued with the same date and publisher as a 4to pamphlet version usally found in a paper binding. These reports deal with the negotiations of the Treaties between England, France the Netherlands and Spain & Canada including the Treaty of Utrecht & The war of the Spanish Succession plus other foreign relations including Canada. There are footnotes throughout and some browning and soiling but a tight neat copy of Parliamentary scrutany of finance, war and commerce.
