Slightly rubbed & bumped on edges & corners. An ink stain 1" x ¼" is near bottom of back cover, but very clean inside, no inscription or notes, blank pages in back for cook's own recipes haven't been used. 252 recipes, household hints, and instructions for using the "XCEL" electric cooker, which was made at Broad Green in Liverpool. Diagram on how to read the electricity meter. 100 pages including index & the blank pages. 8½" x 5½ 1940
