Full page map of New England present in the almanac. 1839 Farmer's Almanac, containing the usual monthly information, and with some articles on agriculture, census of the United States, legal tender of gold and silver, list of broken banks in New England, a list of roads, etc. With a map of New England. GOOD condition. Moderate to heavy toning to the wrappers, with some soiling and staining, including a black ink stain to the front wrapper. Heavy chipping, tearing and creasing along the extremities, with moderate to heavy wrinkling to the wrappers in general. Uneven heavy toning to the paper in the interior, with moderate scattered foxing. Minor staining along the top edge of several pages in the interior. Good .
