An early print appearance by John Irving, slightly preceding the publication of his first novel. GOOD+ condition. General fading to the covers, with some scuffing along the hinges and extremities. Minor creasing and soiling. Interior solid with three lines underlined in red ink in a critical essay following the poetry of William Ferguson, with two pages in this essay bearing minor tick marks at the page numbers. Previous owner's signature present. Good .
