FAIR jacket on a NEAR FINE book. Minor to moderate soiling and some scuffing to the jacket. A few small creases and wrinkles present. A one inch tear present at the upper front hinge, with a ½ inch tear at the lower front edge. A few very minor tears also present along the extremities. Creasing present along the extremities.
