Endpapers dampstained and pages browned with age. Scattered spotty stains, none affecting the readability of the text. Front hinge tight where it was cracked and then glue-repaired making the front cover too tight to be opened fully. The binding is tight. A sturdy copy in good condition. A scarce medical guide from the early 19th century. .
