The bottom corner of the back cover is worn down to a rounded edge, there is a small chip off the bottom of the spine, and there is a small hole just below the spine label. Endpapers dampstained and pages browned with age. Scattered spotty stains, none affecting the readability of the text. Front hinge tight where it was cracked and then glue-repaired making the front cover too tight to be opened fully. The binding is tight. A sturdy copy in good condition. A scarce medical guide from the early 19th century. .
