However Olly printed these on demand and we believe far fewer than 500 were printed before his death at the beginning of 2012. This copy is #126 and includes the handmade bookmark being a folded A4 printed page with a note stating 'Bookmark. First edition only". CONDITION New uncirculated copies but may have very minor storage related wear. It is doubtful the full 500 copies, or any other editons were printed. Very Good/No Jacket.
