Illustrated in black & white with a title vignette, textual illustrations & 2 plates, including a frontispiece. The versos of the plates are foxed The last 2 leaves, which are printed on a cheaper stock, are darkened & the remaining page edges are slightly darkened. Good.

Among the contents of this issue are an article on Carlegle [pp. 5-13] by Marcel Belvianes and an address on the "Dessinateur et Peintre Humoriste" [ pp. 15-23] by Joseph Hemard. The text is in French.
